Eldon Danenhauer

Eldon Danenhauer (October 4, 1935 – June 23, 2021) was an American football offensive tackle who played professionally from 1960 through 1965. He attended Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas, where he played college football before turning professional. Danenhauer spent his entire professional career in the American Football League with the Denver Broncos, anchoring the offensive line at tackle across six seasons from the league's inaugural 1960 campaign through 1965. He earned AFL All-Star recognition twice, in 1962 and 1965. Danenhauer died on June 23, 2021, in Topeka, Kansas, at the age of 85.
