Ernie Warlick (July 21, 1932 – November 24, 2012), nicknamed "Big Hoss," was a tight end who played college football for the North Carolina Central Eagles. He spent four seasons with the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League before joining the Buffalo Bills of the American Football League in 1962. With Buffalo, he averaged 17.2 yards per catch as the team won three straight Eastern Division titles and two AFL championships. In the 1964 AFL championship game against the San Diego Chargers, he caught two passes for 41 yards in a 20–7 Bills victory. He posted a 20.8 yards-per-catch average that season.
