Frank Lange (October 28, 1883 – December 26, 1945), known as "Seagan; Bill", was born Frank Herman Carl and hailed from Columbus, Wisconsin. At 5-foot-11 and 180 pounds, he batted right-handed and threw right. He played in the major leagues from 1910 through 1913, spending most of his career with the Chicago White Sox of the American League. He had broken in professionally in 1905 before reaching the majors. To collectors, he is known from his appearance on E254 Colgan's Chips. He died December 26, 1945 in Madison, Wisconsin and is interred at Hillside Cemetery in Columbus, Wisconsin.
