Frederick Bott Lewis Jr. (January 6, 1921 – December 27, 1994) was an American professional basketball player and coach. He played college basketball at LIU Brooklyn before serving in the United States Marine Corps during World War II, after which he resumed his career at Eastern Kentucky. He led Eastern Kentucky to the 1945 NAIA tournament and was named the tournament's most valuable player, then ranked as the NAIA's fifth-leading scorer in 1945–46. Lewis signed with the Sheboygan Red Skins of the National Basketball League in 1946 before later joining the Indianapolis Kautskys, who moved to the Basketball Association of America in 1948. He later served as head basketball coach at Syracuse University from 1962 to 1968.
