Fred Morrison

Fred "Curly" Morrison (October 7, 1926 – November 15, 2020) was a fullback who played college football at Ohio State before a seven-year NFL career. With the Buckeyes, he led the team in scoring as a senior in 1949 and was named MVP of the 1950 Rose Bowl after rushing for 119 yards in a 17–14 win over California. He played for the Chicago Bears from 1950 to 1953, then the Cleveland Browns from 1954 to 1956. Morrison later worked as a football executive after his playing career ended.
