Gerry Pinder

Allan Gerald "Mouse" Pinder, a Canadian professional ice hockey player born September 15, 1948, competed in both the National Hockey League and the World Hockey Association. Over the course of his career he appeared in 223 NHL games and 353 WHA games. In the NHL he played for the Chicago Black Hawks and the California Golden Seals. His WHA tenure included stops with the San Diego Mariners, the Cleveland Crusaders, and the Edmonton Oilers.
Pinder also represented Canada in international competition. He was a member of the national team at the 1968 Winter Olympics, where Canada captured the bronze medal, and he played at the 1969 World Championships. Earlier, his junior play earned him selection to the CMJHL First All-Star Team in 1967.
After his playing days, Pinder moved into broadcasting, working on the Edmonton Oilers' local telecasts and contributing to the CBC's Hockey Night in Canada.
