Guy Chouinard

Guy Camil Chouinard (born October 20, 1956) was a Canadian center who played in the NHL during the 1970s and 1980s with the Atlanta Flames, Calgary Flames, and St. Louis Blues. Selected by Atlanta with the 28th overall pick in the 1974 NHL Entry Draft, he was among the first underage players available after the league opened the draft to younger skaters, having already established himself as a regular with the Quebec Remparts at age 15. With the Flames, he scored goals in six consecutive games in November 1978 and became the first player in franchise history to score 50 goals in a season, accomplishing that mark in 1978–79.
