Hal Patterson

Harold "Prince" Hal Patterson (1932–2011) was a multi-sport athlete from Garden City, Kansas who starred in football, basketball, and baseball at the University of Kansas before building a celebrated career in Canadian professional football. He played end and receiver for the Montreal Alouettes and Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL, becoming one of the league's most accomplished players of the modern era. A member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame, Patterson was ranked 13th on TSN's list of the CFL's Top 50 players. At Kansas, he was also a key contributor to the 1953 NCAA championship runner-up basketball team.
