Harold William "Baldy" Cotton (November 5, 1902 – September 9, 1984) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who spent 12 seasons in the National Hockey League. He began his career in Pittsburgh after enrolling at Duquesne University, playing for the Pittsburgh Yellow Jackets of the USAHA before signing with the NHL's Pittsburgh Pirates. Traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs mid-season in 1928–29, he posted a career-high 38 points in his first full season with Toronto and won the Stanley Cup with the Maple Leafs in 1931–32. He finished his playing career with the New York Americans in 1937, then scouted for the Boston Bruins and Minnesota North Stars until 1977.
