Howie Glover

Howard Edward Glover (February 14, 1935 – June 15, 2021) was a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played 144 regular season games in the NHL with four teams between 1958 and 1969, recording 29 goals and 17 assists for 46 career points. His NHL stops included the Chicago Black Hawks, Detroit Red Wings, New York Rangers, and Montreal Canadiens. The bulk of his career was spent in the minor leagues, where he excelled as a goal scorer — posting a career-high 41 goals with the Cleveland Barons in the 1967–68 AHL season. He and his brother Fred, also an NHL player and coach, were inducted into the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.
