Jack Snow

Jack Thomas Snow (January 25, 1943 – January 9, 2006) was an American professional football player who played wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams of the NFL from 1965 to 1975. Born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, he grew up in Long Beach, California, where he became a three-sport star at St. Anthony Boys' High School. He earned ten varsity letters in football, baseball, and basketball before graduating in 1961. As a senior he was an All-State football player at offensive and defensive end and also batted .458 on the baseball team, having captained the 1960 Catholic League Championship baseball squad. In 1960 he was chosen City of Long Beach Lineman of the Year, and in his senior season he was named All-CIF, All-City, and All-Catholic League in football, and All-City and All-Catholic League in baseball. Snow went on to the University of Notre Dame, where he played for the Fighting Irish from 1962 through 1964. He spent his entire eleven-year professional career with the Los Angeles Rams, from 1965 to 1975. In 2013 he was inducted in the inaugural class of St. Anthony's Sports Hall of Fame.
