Jim Furlong (March 24, 1940 – January 8, 2026) was a Canadian professional football player who served as an outside linebacker and punter in the Canadian Football League. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he played college football in the United States for the Tulsa Golden Hurricane at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma.

Furlong spent his entire 13-season professional career with the Calgary Stampeders, from 1962 to 1974, handling duties as both an outside linebacker and a punter throughout. He was a member of the Stampeders' 1971 Grey Cup championship team, which defeated Toronto. He also played in two earlier title games, the 56th Grey Cup in 1968 and the 58th Grey Cup in 1970, losing to the Ottawa Rough Riders and the Montreal Alouettes respectively.

Furlong died on January 8, 2026, at the age of 85.
