John Allen Hannah, born April 4, 1951, is an American former football guard who played thirteen seasons in the National Football League with the New England Patriots. Born in Canton, Georgia, he was the son of Herbert "Herb" Hannah, an NFL player who had also played as an offensive lineman for the University of Alabama. Hannah was raised in Albertville, Alabama, and attended the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he played football and competed in wrestling and track. In 1967 he won an individual national championship in wrestling at the National Prep Championship.

Hannah played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide, winning the Jacobs Blocking Trophy in 1972. The Patriots selected him fourth overall in the 1973 NFL draft. Over his career he earned nine Pro Bowl selections and seven first-team All-Pro selections, and was nicknamed "Hog."

Hannah was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1991 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 1999. In 1991 he also became the inaugural inductee of the New England Patriots Hall of Fame.
