Larry Eisenhauer

Lawrence Conway Eisenhauer (February 22, 1940 – January 29, 2020) played defensive end for the Boston Patriots of the American Football League. A product of Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York, he starred at Boston College before joining the Patriots as part of a core of Boston-area players. Nicknamed "Wildman" by teammates for his unorthodox pre-game habits, Eisenhauer earned AFL All-Star honors in 1962, 1963, 1964, and 1966 and is a member of the Patriots All-1960s AFL Team. He is also inducted into the Boston College Athletic Hall of Fame.
