Martin "Marty" Barry (December 8, 1905 – August 20, 1969) was a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who played in the NHL from 1927 to 1940 for the New York Americans, Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, and Montreal Canadiens. Born in Quebec City and raised in Montreal, Barry was a consistent scoring threat throughout his career. He won the Stanley Cup with Detroit in 1936 and scored the championship-winning goal in 1937. That same season he was awarded the Lady Byng Trophy for gentlemanly play and named to the NHL First All-Star Team. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1965.
