Michael Joseph Donlin, known as "Turkey Mike" (May 30, 1878 - September 24, 1933). He was a native of Peoria, Illinois, listed in playing days at 5'9", 170 lbs. He batted left-handed and threw left-handed. His major-league career ran from 1899 through 1914, primarily with the New York Giants of the National League. His broader professional ledger — including minor-league seasons — extends from 1898 through 1921. On the cardboard side, his vintage presence runs through E90-1 American Caramel and T204 Ramly, the two issues where period collectors most often encounter him. He died on September 24, 1933 in Hollywood, California. He is interred at Glenwood Cemetery in West Long Branch, New Jersey. Cemetery records list the placement as Cremated; in Section 8- Lot 10-A (in the Fenton Plot).
