Adrian Howard "Odie" Smith (October 5, 1936 – April 28, 2026) was an American professional basketball guard who played college ball at Northeast Mississippi Community College and the University of Kentucky, where he was part of the 1958 NCAA championship team. Drafted 85th overall by the Cincinnati Royals in 1958, he joined the team in 1961 following military service and spent ten seasons in the NBA and one in the ABA. A member of the U.S. teams that won gold at the 1959 Pan American Games in Chicago and the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome, he was named MVP of the 1966 NBA All-Star Game.
