Paul Holmgren

Paul Holmgren (born December 2, 1955, in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American right wing who played ten NHL seasons, primarily with the Philadelphia Flyers, with a final stint with the Minnesota North Stars. He appeared in the 1980 Stanley Cup Final with Philadelphia. After retiring as a player, Holmgren moved into coaching, serving as head coach of the Flyers and Hartford Whalers, before transitioning to management as general manager and president of the Flyers. He later became a senior advisor to Comcast Spectacor's chairman and CEO.
