Raphael Eugene "Ray" Kuka (February 17, 1922 – March 27, 1990) was an American professional basketball player who competed in the Basketball Association of America for the New York Knicks during the 1947–48 and part of the 1948–49 seasons. He played college ball at Notre Dame before his service in the United States Air Force during World War II, after which he returned to earn all-conference honors at Montana State. In February 1949, Kuka briefly served as the Knicks' interim head coach while regular coach Joe Lapchick was hospitalized. After his playing career he returned to Havre, Montana, where he coached and taught at the high school level.
