Real Cloutier

Réal Cloutier (born July 30, 1956) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who spent five seasons as a winger with the Quebec Nordiques in the World Hockey Association. He scored 26 goals in his rookie season before reaching 60 goals in his sophomore campaign and then 66 goals with 75 assists for a career-high 141 points in 1976-77, the year Quebec won the Avco Cup. He added a career-high 75 goals in 1978-79 and finished his WHA career with 566 points in 369 games. After the Nordiques joined the NHL in 1979, Cloutier scored 42 goals in his first NHL season before injuries limited his production in subsequent years. He was traded to the Buffalo Sabres in 1983.
