Rick Mount

Richard Carl Mount, born January 5, 1947, is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball at Purdue University from 1966 to 1970 and later played in the American Basketball Association (ABA). Mount attended Lebanon Senior High School in Lebanon, Indiana, where he was known as "the Rocket" and led his team in scoring, including a mark of 33.1 points per game. While in high school, he became the first high school boy representing a team sport to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated.
