Rudy Pilous (August 11, 1914 – December 5, 1994) was a Canadian ice hockey player and coach born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He played junior hockey in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League before spending the 1937–38 season with the New York Rovers of the Eastern Hockey League as a Rangers prospect, later moving to the St. Catharines Saints in the OHA Senior division. As a coach, Pilous led the Chicago Black Hawks to the Stanley Cup in 1961, and later won three Avco World Trophy titles (1976, 1978, 1979) as general manager of the Winnipeg Jets in the WHA. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in the builder category in 1985.
