Sherry Magee

Sherwood Robert "Sherry" Magee (August 6, 1884 – March 13, 1929) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Clarendon, Pennsylvania. He stood 5'11" and weighed 179 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1904 through 1919, primarily with the Philadelphia Phillies in the NL. His broader professional career spanned 1904 to 1926. He appears on E92 Croft's Candy, E92 Croft's Cocoa, E92 Dockman & Sons Gum, and E92 Nadja Caramels. He died on March 13, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is buried at Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania (Sunnyside Section - Lot 688).
