Harley Edward "Skeeter" Swift Jr. (June 19, 1946 – April 20, 2017) was an American professional basketball player. A 6'3" guard, Swift played collegiately at East Tennessee State University. He was selected in the third round of the 1969 NBA draft, 31st overall, by the Milwaukee Bucks, but did not play in the NBA. Instead, he spent five seasons in the American Basketball Association, where he appeared for the New Orleans Buccaneers, Memphis Pros, Pittsburgh Condors, Dallas Chaparrals, and San Antonio Spurs. Over his professional career he averaged 11.6 points per game. Swift died on April 20, 2017, at the age of 70.
