Robert Earl "Spiff" Campbell (1900–1953) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player born in Buckingham, Quebec. He played three seasons in the National Hockey League with the Ottawa Senators and New York Americans between 1923 and 1926. Before reaching the NHL, Campbell spent three seasons in the Western Canada Hockey League. The remainder of his career, which spanned from 1921 to 1929, was played across various minor leagues.
