Theodis Ray Lee

Dossier
Theodis Ray Lee was an American basketball player who played for the Harlem Globetrotters, an exhibition basketball team that combines athleticism, theater, and comedy in its style of play. The Globetrotters have played more than 26,000 exhibition games in 124 countries and territories, mostly against deliberately ineffective opponents such as the Washington Generals and the New York Nationals. The team originated in 1926 in Chicago and traces its roots to the Savoy Big Five, which played exhibitions before dances at the Savoy Ballroom beginning in January 1928.
