Tom Boswell

Tommy G. Boswell, an American professional basketball player, was born on October 2, 1953. A 6-foot-9-inch forward and center out of the University of South Carolina, he reached the National Basketball Association in 1975 and played six seasons across two stints, 1975 through 1980 and again in 1983–1984. Over that span he suited up for the Boston Celtics, the Denver Nuggets, and the Utah Jazz, averaging 7.7 points per game for his career. With Boston he won an NBA Championship in 1976. Before his professional career, Boswell represented the United States men's national team at the 1974 FIBA World Championship, where the squad took the bronze medal.
