Tubby Spencer

Edward Russell "Tubby" Spencer (January 26, 1884 – February 1, 1945) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania. He stood 5'10" and weighed 215 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1905 through 1918, primarily with the St. Louis Browns in the AL. His broader professional career spanned 1905 to 1925. He appears on T204 Ramly and T206 White Border. He died on February 1, 1945 in San Francisco, California. He is buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Colma, California.
