William "Billy" Reay (August 21, 1918 – September 23, 2004) was a Canadian professional ice hockey center who played ten seasons in the NHL from 1943 to 1953, winning two Stanley Cups as a player. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he was signed by the Detroit Red Wings in 1939 before being traded to the Montreal Canadiens in 1945.
