Carl Ernest Sawatski (November 4, 1927 – November 24, 1991) was an American professional baseball catcher and executive. A left-handed batter who threw right-handed, he played 11 seasons in the major leagues with the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Milwaukee Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, and St. Louis Cardinals between 1948 and 1963. In 633 career games he batted .242 with 351 hits, 58 home runs, and 213 runs batted in. He was part of the Braves team that won the 1957 National League pennant and the World Series over the New York Yankees, appearing as a pinch hitter in that series. After his playing career he served as general manager of the Arkansas Travelers of the Double-A Texas League from 1967 to 1975.
