Edward Gary George (born August 10, 1946) is an American football offensive lineman who played in the Canadian Football League and the National Football League. Drafted in the fourth round of the 1970 NFL draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers after playing at Wake Forest University, he chose to play in the CFL. He played left offensive tackle for the Montreal Alouettes from 1970 to 1972 and left guard from 1973 to 1974, later finishing with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 1979 and 1980. He won two Grey Cups with Montreal, in 1970 and 1974. He was named the CFL's Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman in 1974 and was a four-time CFL all-star. He was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in 2005.
