Jimmie Randolph Hall (born March 17, 1938) is an American former Major League Baseball outfielder who batted left-handed and played eight seasons in the majors. He debuted with the Minnesota Twins in 1963 and went on to play for the California Angels, Cleveland Indians, New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, and Atlanta Braves. As a rookie in 1963 he hit 33 home runs, which stood for more than 50 years as the American League record for home runs by a player in his first major league season. He was named an All-Star in 1964 and 1965, the latter season helping the Twins reach the World Series.
