John Bannerman "Larry" McLean (July 18, 1881 – March 24, 1921) was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. His professional career ran from 1901 through 1915, placing him squarely in the deadball era, and he is most closely identified with the Cincinnati Reds of the NL. He was listed at 6'5" and 228 pounds. He batted and threw right-handed.
