Edward Russell "Tubby" Spencer (January 26, 1884 – February 1, 1945) was a professional baseball player. He was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania. He stood 5'10" and weighed 215 pounds, batting and throwing right-handed. He played in the major leagues from 1905 through 1918, primarily with the St. Louis Browns in the AL.
